The staff during my arrival last 11/22/2022 1 pm were so accomodating. Well, everyone were helpful during my stay. Would gladly recommend and be back soon.

Golden phoenix was the ultimate and ideal location for MOA arena. Being able to walk back to the hotel between games awas amazing. The atmosphere at the hotel was epic. Lots of fun but never out of control. Security were amazing. Food was good

The staff were really nice and helpful. they also let us leave our luggages. The room looks a little bit old like the bathroom walls has water marks and corners are coming off but bedroom looks clean organised and bed was really soft and comfortable.The carpet in the hallways looks old and dirty but probably because it’s worn out if they will upgrade the carpet in the hallway to look more pleasant it would be a great hotel! The location was really good too as it’s only less than 10 minutes walk to MOA.

Loved the stay, value for money was good (though they collect a 3k deposit for one night stay), service was excellent. Location is great - walking distance to MOA, SM Arena, IKEA, and more. There are many options for restaurants, convenience stores and other services. The room was spacious, clean and with adequate amenities. Breakfast buffet options are likewise sufficient. In this hotel, only 18 year olds and above are counted as adults, and so below 18 years no additional headcount charge sa long as it is within the maximum occupancy. Most hotels charge adult rates for children 12 years and above, so this was appreciated.

I like about how they upgrade my room for free as a 1st time customer. Im impressed! The room they gave me was big but a little old & smells old. Its is a stone throw away from MOA so shopping & sightseeing is convenient. There is a superb Chinese restaurant beside the hotel!

everything worked.. Hot water for shower, clean towels, nice internet, Staff, Porter, Food. Restaurant in side has good meals, just very sow service, as usual for anyone who know the PI.. Will stay again for sure because the Airbnb's nearby are getting pretty bad. Good Hotel Rate it 8.0 out of 10

The location, it's near in the event place where we attended. Some staff are very considerate in assisting/guiding us on where to go inside their premises.

The buffet breakfast was very good. I have had better. But I have also had the worst. 4 stars on breakfast.. but i would like to mention it was a lot better before the COVID-19 hit a few years ago when I stayed. Will stay again.
